The blog has a new name

Placeholder was, well, a placeholder, until an appropriate name should occur to me.  Thanks to Attorney General Michael Mukasey's New Rule (see the post below), the blog now has a name that is meaningful to me.  It has nothing to do with my actual big brother, who is guiltless in this regard.
