Dow up on foreign governments' action

But what about our government?  I haven't seen one damned thing our government is doing.  What HAS Paulson done, except yap, for the last two weeks?  

Perhaps the plan is to do nothing at all and just let this problem fester, along with all the other festering sores Bush is leaving for his successor.
